Blue Lagoon Custom Printed Wallpaper & Signage Installation
When Bluestone’s marketing team asked us to help refresh the reception and Zoggs shop at the Blue Lagoon water park, we jumped at the chance. The brief was simple: bring new energy to a well-used space — with vibrant signage and custom printed wallpaper that could handle the busy, humid setting of an indoor water park.
The design work came from Bluestone’s in-house team, and the artwork looked fantastic — bold, colourful and perfectly suited to the space. Our job was to print, prepare and fit everything — without causing disruption to the day-to-day running of the resort.
Durable Graphics for Humid Indoor Environments
We printed all graphics at our workshop in Whitland, using solvent-free inks and a high-grab polymeric vinyl — the kind of material that stands up well to warm, moisture-rich environments. Each piece was finished with a matte laminate to cut glare and give a clean, durable finish that holds its own under poolside lighting.
This project is a great example of how custom printed wallpaper can make a bold visual impact, even in challenging conditions.
Out-of-Hours Sign Fitting with Zero Disruption
Installation was carried out over two nights after the Blue Lagoon had closed, meaning there was no downtime for the business. Once everything was in place, the Bluestone team reset the space and reopened as usual the next morning.
Working out of hours is something we’re well used to — it means our clients can get the upgrades they need without interrupting daily operations.
Fresh Look That Makes a Splash
Bluestone were delighted with the result. The space now looks brighter, cleaner and more up-to-date — with modern colours and strong branding that lift the whole reception area. A smart, simple transformation delivered with minimal fuss.
