If a sticker, sign or vehicle graphic fades, wears out, peels or becomes unreadable too soon, it has to be reprinted, repacked, resent and replaced. We help you choose the right material for the surface, environment and expected lifespan, so graphics stay readable, stay stuck and do the job for longer.
The right material for the job
There is no single “sustainable” material that works for every application.
A sticker for a smooth painted panel is different to a label going onto HDPE, polypropylene, powder-coated metal, a waste oil drum, a plant room pipe, a vehicle body or an outdoor sign.
Heat, chemicals, abrasion, moisture, jet washing and heavy handling all affect what material should be used.
That is why we specify materials based on the surface, environment and expected lifespan, so the graphic lasts longer and creates less waste.
Cleaner production, controlled properly
Sustainability is not only about materials. It is also about process.
Our large-format work is produced using HP Latex/resin print technology, with water-based inks rather than traditional solvent print methods.
We also work within quality and environmental systems that help us control production, reduce mistakes and keep improving how we work.
Better planning, accurate artwork and careful production all help reduce unnecessary reprints, offcuts and avoidable waste.
Packaging with common sense
We reuse clean cardboard wherever possible and use paper tape and paper address wallets for smaller parcels, so packaging is easier to recycle together.
Some products still need extra protection, especially large signs, rolled graphics or awkward shipments. We will not compromise the safety of the product just to make the packaging look greener. Damaged goods create waste too.
Our approach is practical: reuse where we can, reduce unnecessary plastic where possible, protect the product properly, and keep reviewing better options.
Tested in the real world
Some of our durability testing is formal. Some of it is more… MOBAD.
Sticker Watch started as a bit of team fun, but there is a serious point behind it: stickers that last longer create less waste.
The same sticker has been left outside, covered in mud, frozen, jet washed, driven over, baked in the sun and generally abused in ways most stickers would rather avoid.
It is not a laboratory test, and we do not pretend it is. But it does show the difference between a sticker that is made for a quick job and a sticker that is specified to survive real conditions.
Because the longer a sticker lasts, the fewer times it needs to be replaced.
