Corporate Vehicle Wrap for Nottage Park Lodges

This week we have been wrapping this stunning VW ID. Buzz for a new client, Nottage Park Lodges, a luxury lodge development based in Porthcawl. The aim was to transform the vehicle into something that reflected the premium feel of their brand while remaining practical for everyday use.

The client’s design team supplied their own artwork, which we adapted for production before wrapping the vehicle over two days in our temperature-controlled unit in Whitland. The wrap covers the bottom half of the vehicle and incorporates custom graphics, giving it a distinctive two-tone finish that works beautifully with the ID. Buzz’s modern shape.

To ensure a perfect match with the company’s branding, they chose colours from Oracal 970 series, a high-quality cast wrap material known for its excellent conformability and wide colour palette. This allowed us to stay true to their corporate colours and deliver a crisp, professional look.

To achieve a seamless finish, we removed the door handles and wrapped them individually – a small step that makes a big difference in the final appearance. Originally, we were also going to match the wing mirrors, but when the vehicle arrived, we discovered the mirrors were textured plastic – not ideal for wrapping, as the material struggles to adhere properly.

Instead, we shifted focus and added some branded detailing to the VW badges as a neat design touch!
