Here’s a recent batch of signage we produced for a busy waste recovery site, combining two different but equally practical solutions for clearly identifying waste streams.

Both types of sign feature WRAP-compliant designs, making them instantly recognisable and consistent with the industry-standard recycling icons. Each sign is tailored to a specific material type, from cardboard and food waste signs to signs for WEEE waste and mixed recycling – helping to streamline segregation and improve efficiency on site.

Flappy Boards

The flappy boards are printed double-sided on powder-coated steel panels and bolted into heavy-duty weighted bases. These moveable signs are designed to stand in front of the relevant containers and can be repositioned easily depending on the layout of the site. They’re tough, durable and built to handle outdoor conditions.

Skip Hook Signs

The skip hook signs are made from folded aluminium and designed with a clever U-shape at the top. This allows them to hook securely onto the side of a skip or container. When a container is swapped out, the sign lifts off easily and can be reused on the next one – a simple, reusable signage solution that works well in high-turnover environments like household waste recycling centres.
