Nichino needed 7,500 durable stickers suitable for paper potato sacks in dusty agricultural environments. The stickers were required for urgent compliance on an outgoing delivery, and time was extremely tight. Even with the pressure, we stuck to our process: no assumptions, always test before full production.
As soon as the enquiry came in, we immediately shipped sample sets of the two materials we knew would perform best for rough, fibrous substrates like potato sacks. We were confident one option would be ideal, but proper testing on the customer’s actual packaging ensures long-term adhesion, especially in dusty conditions where failure isn’t an option.
Once Nichino confirmed the preferred material, we moved straight into production. The entire batch of 7,500 high-durability agricultural stickers was printed, finished and delivered to Scotland within 72 hours, all from our workshop here in South West Wales. Fast turnaround, no compromise on quality, and a fully compliant delivery for their customer.
