Vehicle Wrapping for Narberth-Based Templeton Beer, Wine & Spirit Co.
Templeton Beer, Wine & Spirit Co. continues its considered investment in fleet branding with the addition of two Mitsubishi Grafters—wrapped by Mobad to match their existing Sprinters.
This latest project is part of an ongoing shift from painted commercial vehicles to white vans wrapped in vinyl. It’s a move that gives the company more control over brand consistency, without compromising resale value. In fact, wrapping offers a key long-term advantage: when the vehicle reaches the end of its life in the fleet, the vinyl can be removed to reveal fresh, factory-finished paint underneath. This significantly boosts residual value, making it easier to sell the vehicle on—or return it to a lease company in top condition, depending on how it's been financed.
Metallic Vehicle Wrapping Colour Keeps Heritage Alive
Templeton once again opted for Oracal 970 Premium Wrapping Cast film, in the same rich metallic brown used on their Sprinters. The colour was chosen by the customer as a modern interpretation of their long-established brand identity. While it stays true to the brown tones that have defined the company for decades, the metallic finish adds a contemporary edge—helping the vehicles look sharp and current on the road, without losing their local heritage feel.
Quick Turnaround Vehicle Wraps with Full Component Removal
Both Grafters were wrapped over the course of two days—one van per day. Our approach was consistent with previous Templeton projects: each vehicle was fully prepped with trims, door handles, vents and rubbers carefully removed to allow a clean and seamless wrap. Despite differences in cab shape and chassis between the Grafters and the earlier Sprinters, the design translated smoothly across the new platform. The final result is a fleet that feels cohesive and professionally presented, regardless of the underlying vehicle model.
Fleet Vehicle Wrapping with Long-Term Brand and Resale Value
Every new van Templeton brings into the fold reflects the same thoughtful balance: long-term brand presence on the outside, and future asset value underneath. Wrapped vehicles not only keep the brand consistent across different vehicle types, but also preserve the original paintwork—making them easier to sell on or return at the end of a lease period. It’s a smart move for any business thinking long-term.
Aerial Finish
We also captured the results from above, using drone footage to show off the rooftops and clean lines from every angle.
No drones were harmed in the making of this video. 😉
